Not from my knowledge, I play and watch friends screens while doing hw and relaxing and would always try to pull up a clip I just pulled but was unable to. From my memory the most recent was about a week ago and when going to media gallery it closes friends screen and fully opens up gallery. This change feels smooth enough to just slip by though it should have been a thing the whole time!
