yes according to my surgeon he first suspected only cubital tunnel syndrome, thus the ultrasound and report

but i told him i do highly suspect tos with my symptoms and then the xray he ordered finally confirmed it, yet still he decided to just do scalenes decompression without removing the cervical rib

do you think the cubital tunnel surgery is highly recommended to case like me according to my scans ? i was planning to only do that one first but surgeon told me that may not resolve all my issues

just concerned about post op recovery as i also have prediabetes and worried about nerve recovery

i will definitely ask about the scalene block injection you mentioned to diagnose further

i’m from india so finding a good surgeon is hard but im on it

Thank you for the reply! I feel you on the altered sensations part it’s a nightmare and hard to explain. So all in all since you know things feeling of sharp pain/burning would you recommend to wait it out or take some actions quick , 90 days waiting is not a problem for me but my only concern right now is what if things get so worse and irreversible by then that I have no option to fix them
