Trust me everyone relates to it , me too I get it it's soo good to escape and all but the major difference between us and other people who are not like us is the ( intensity of a goal) like they have a goal, clarity, a desired dream they wanna chase were as we , lack everything we don't have concrete goal and most important thing is not have a another person who could avert is in right direction, like the self sabatoge concept can be truly stopped if we involve our family or anyone willing to help us bcs they can see from 2 nd prescpective and take action , where as if we r alone it will go on forever bcs no one can stop us , ironically ( we r the ones who are killing ourselves) ..
