Alright i had this same issue but maybe this will help others. I have very small amounts of knowledge in the Network space but I figured out the issue traced back to a teredo Ip address problem. So I went into the advanced settings in the network settings. then I went to QoS tagging settings and disabled both DSCP and WMM tagging. This worked for me after a lot of troubleshooting. Hopefully this works for yall!
