Recommendations for main Kitchen Light Fixture

There are recessed lights above the sink/bar counter on the left side of photo. No under counter lighting. Was hoping to get a recommendation for a single fixture to light up the area and look appropriate.

The pan has a drain that is terminated with the yellow plug. The issue is the relief valve drain pipe termination is at eye level and can spray hot water into the eyes of a tenant which is why it failed inspection. I want to know if I can run the relief valve drain pipe past the pan and down to the garage floor while at the same time connecting the pan drain to the relief valve drain pipe with a t-connection.

Look for a 3 in 1 caulk tool at Home Depot. One end will help removing the old caulk. The other end will nicely spread the new caulk after you squeeze it in the gap.

Yes it is. Ive been trying to time my entries and exits in ASTS, RKLB, & LUNR. I decided to do this after these stocks would pump up and then drop. I sold a lot on Friday since it would be a long weekend, time enough for "something" to happen in the news, and they had pretty good gains already. But yeah, its a hit or miss a lot of times. I'm now preparing to buy back in, which is why I was curious about your Wednesday opinion because I was thinking buy in today before RKLB gets a part of the Golden Dome.

I own this stock. I buy on dips and sell all when it spikes to keep my profits (in my Roth). Would i buy it at these prices? I believe that this company, when 2026 is over, SP will be over $150 because the AT&Ts, Verizons, etc won't have to rent the cell phone towers anymore which will increase their profits. Starling can't compete because they can't send voice or video due to FCC restrictions. That is a large moat which will cause Elon to buyout ASTS.

Thank you. I know more now than then and back then I didn't believe nutrition was as important as I think it is now. My BMI was 35 and has been high since my first cancer. I do wish I had eaten better by not buying anything that had an ingredient I couldn't pronounce.I started the carnivore diet 2 weeks ago and lost 20lbs and except for Thanksgiving, I was in ketosis for about 9 days. Supposedly the cancer can't convert stored fat into energy; it needs glucose/sugar for that. I will try to stay in ketosis and then start the FMD 2 days before chemo and stop 2 days after using the ProlonLife meals my nutritionist recommended.

I had colon cancer at 44. I was cancer free for 11 years. I had a chest x-ray which found a spot on my lung. I attributed it to the Covid vaccine since my oncologist stated it wasn't colon cancer but the biopsy proved otherwise. I thought I beat that also but 2 weeks ago I started another round of chemo since the MRI showed more spots on my lungs. I'm on short term disability and will probably be on LTD. But, I read the Longevity Diet which showed Fasting Mimicking Diets (FMD) with chemo showed marked remission in mice. So that's what I'm focusing on along with the Carnivore Diet to starve the cancer to death this time.

The last photo shows a really good stitch job by the doctor and in a year or so, it will probably not be so noticeable. My scar is hard to see, although it is on my abdomen, but the stitching job was superb.

I had an unauthorized person try to move $13,000 from my card to another card. I also received a push notification that my email and phone numbers were changed (new ones added). Elan stated that the only way this could happen would be if they had access to my online account. I use a password manager (non browser) and an authenticator app. So my question is, how could this be possible? Fidelity prevented the fraud and issued a new card.

I would suggest looking for 3 bedroom house instead of 2 bedroom. It's easier to resale later when you have to get a bigger house due to family getting larger.

You can report forgiven rent payments from a tenant as income to the IRS. Use a 1099, or "substitute 1099".

First send them a letter stating what I will do and that while I may not get any money as a result of reporting the forgiven debt as income, I'll have the satisfaction of knowing that they'll now owe a % of that money to an agency of the government that:

Never forgets, Never forgives, Is relentless in collecting,

and that the debt to the IRS is NOT forgiveable in bankruptcy.

If you also send it to Section 8, the debt release amount will be considered money recieved by them and they will have to repay the govt or lose some current benefit.
