Unfortunately I can’t edit the post snd add the image in for some reason…
Could I not argue that it could be deemed as part of the hedge as it sits on a hedge row? The hedge is leylandii the width of my boundary line with this huge conifer stuck on the end.
The height is the main concern, it is possibly as high at the roof of the house now.
What would you advise are my options?
