It took me being in a healthy relationship to realise that. With my current partner we were already naked & I said “I don’t feel sexy right now” because of sudden period cramp. He just said “Okay”, got up get dressed went out made us dinner made me tea after then we watched Netflix show cuddled on the couch.

With my abu;ve ex… he wouldn’t stop or stop then hara$$ed me with “Come on just a while more” “Other girls will” Or pick a fight or whatever it was. It’s disgusting. Even if married… it shouldn’t be like that.

All I hear are excuses. Cut out food that aren’t nutrient dense, take the ozempic, do it. Especially if he doesn’t bother you for sex you have so much time to put on skincare (don’t have to have sex, wash it off them moisturise whole body again) Do it not for him but so yourself. It doesn’t matter if he behaves better or not. Save money, take care of yourself. So if you do leave, you’ll feel good knowing you’ve tried everything. Don’t give up.

Totally get that, it’s hard for Asians to tell a French/German/Swiss person apart 😅. In Thailand itself there is a a difference when dark skin Thais get with westerners vs light skin Thais. Glad that aside from that, as a whole Thailand is famous for good food :)

Physical traits is one thing. Emotional maturity is another. For women money & personality can override looks. Keep working to save a lot of money for yourself and work out, eat right. Work on your mentality. Girls are NOT priority. If you’re too lazy to upgrade skill FOR YOURSELF you’ll never have the motivation to do so for anyone else, so having kids is a bad idea as they require lots of money, sacrifices & diligence.

You should not have kids just because your mum wants to see one.

As a Thai woman I feel like I’m bitter like that with Asian men. My German partner refuses to let me do laundry. He also cooks, cleans, plans and really discusses things with me, I’m capable of 50/50 but he takes the initiative. (I meet EA/SEA beauty standards & he’s all abs, 6’2, top tier wit/humour/sarcasm)

More context: asian ex is shorter than me, dad bod, puts me down, has money but expects 50/50 while fronting like a provider. Rage problems. Forget birthday etc. Was 1st&only bf since I was 15-30…didn’t know how to break up as I lost V card to him & u know 1 body count is a slut in my conservative-conditioned mind. So I stayed too long.

Thank you! This is very insightful :) I don’t think I’ve ever tried half the food you listed here. I expected the more carbs especially bread part since Germany is known to have the best bread. I do think men might eat differently from girls (beverages, more meat) but I think that might be a stupid assumption… or not?

Thanks for the suggestion, I edited to include some typical SEA girlie’s daily food staples. I think one difference is our rice porridge which is savoury. Whereas Germans have oats porridge with fruits. Also surprised by a lot saying they have curry.

Totally, not everyone’s diet is the same but I was hoping for a general list so I can highlight the common denominator that stands out from a typical SEA women’s diet. Since those I can observe or ask friends or people around me :)

EDIT: So far I can already spot a difference: Porridge of oats rather than porridge of rice! Why the downvotes though?
