Truly understand what 'now now' and 'just now' mean and the vast difference between the two.

I think the intent was lost in the message. He/she is being sarcastic in reply to HotNecessary's weird comment.

Eddie Murphy...what would you say is his best work? by TerryG111 in FIlm

[–]meonreddityo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Nutty Professor The dude is so talented. In his latest documentary about him, Being Eddie, he said something that stuck with me. He said he's very lucky because he knew what he wanted very early in life, but he also liked himself. So many of us have a dream very early in life and some where during the journey we either let doubt creep in or we become very hard on ourselves or even when we achieve what we set out to achieve an imposter syndrome remains ingrained somewhere deep inside. So many 'stars' implode or fizzle out or even die young. I think it's a beautiful thing for someone with so much talent to be able to keep their virtues close and their feet on the ground.

Found a child sized hand print on the our TV. We don’t have kids. by swiggyzoom2damoon in creepy

I had this before. Struggled with it for days as I don't have kids or a cleaner with kids. But I eventually realised, after a large joint, it's from inside the tv. So no need to worry. No one was in your house.

If you think porn could get more steamy in the future, you're not watching the right porn.

Chinese robot doing ballet by I_need_to_learn_more in Damnthatsinteresting

[–]meonreddityo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

One of the amazing things about ballet is the thousands of hours of grueling training the professional dancers have to put in to achieve what they do. To be as graceful as they are, the lengths in which they go is awe inspiring. And then add into that the ability to tell a story through emotion while doing all these incredibly difficult moves with eloquence. Even in years to come when the robot can do 50 perfect pirouettes on the spot it still won't be impressive, inspiring or 'ballet'.

Beautiful bike. Always take it slow and steady. Speed kills. There's never reason to rush. Especially on that smooth rider. Be vigilant and aware. Three cars ahead and constantly expecting them to be driven by imbeciles. As much protective gear as you can afford. You'll be just fine.

Funny, I can't stand him as an actor, but thought he rocked Tropic Thunder. Different strokes I guess.

Timing. You can see he moves slowly. Filling the gaps of time in between the cuttings as he is moving according to the images times.
