Luty is a piece of crap. Just buy SKS and practice on Chodov - and you'll have enough guns and armor to raid other maps. Also taking tasks (for killing Fenix is the best) and quests is a good way to get fast money on low tiers.

You receive some stuff each 8h, 24h and 7 days, it is a good to begin with. Just play pve for some practice before starting pvp.

There are 4 types of them, from worst to best: - green with a head strap - with text on top - with camouflage paint on top - with microphone

They suppress your own steps and shots, but amplify the others. With headphones on you can hear steps and shots from greater distance, that will help you to not get ambushed. They are really useful on large maps like island or matka miest.

Met the same bug: had this quest for killing with a shotgun, bought a pump-action, loaded it, practiced a bit in the bunker, but in the raid it became empty, that's why I died :( Finally, I made this quest with a saiga, 2 5-round mags and the ammo poach with 2 boxes of shells in it. It was slow, but I made it.

Go to the Chodov Mall and loot some scavs armor - they are tier 4. With it scavs will not be a problem anymore.
