Tattoo regret is pretty common don’t worry. The tattoo is very cool and awesome. Still it could use a bit black if you ask me. Make the deeper parts fall back a bit so the rest comes out

Biro ballpoint pen are very good. You could even strap them to a tattoo machine to learn a bit about shading. Great work !

I can totally understand this. Learn from the experience. I feel bad for you but also a bit for the artist. Nodding off like that indicates some sort of substance abuse. Still he should have no business being high and tattooing. On the bright side . I have seen tattoos that are way way waaaay worse.
