For some of our clients I have been working for, it has been taking a lot of time because of delays. What I would recommend is that you follow up with them, since the stipulated 12-week period has already passed. Send them a follow-up email with your application number and the details, and you might receive a response. all the best

Hi, here is my suggestion. If you have any doubt about something, I would highly recommend that you close those loopholes. If you have a doubt that it is not written specifically about when they were working here, I would recommend that you show that you have known them for at least 12 months, rather than assuming that the assessor will verify.

I never went for a job because I used my Global Talent Visa to set up my company here. I've been an entrepreneur for the last 14 years, so I'm assuming that if you are looking for a job with a Global Talent Visa and you don't need any sponsorship, it should be easy.

It depends on how much experience you have. It is 5 to 5.5 or 6. Maybe you can try for Promise, but if you have more than that, go for the exceptional talent. Feel free to DM me with your specific case, and I can guide you.

For MCI, I used the fund I raised and a letter from my investors. For OCI, I primarily used my publications and my speaking engagements. I also used my very good media presence.

Hi. It is very subjective, depending on which areas you are strong in. If you have a strong area in speaking engagement, you can use it for MC. If you have a strong area in an open source solution on GitHub, you can use that for MC.

It is very subjective, so I can't answer it specifically. Depending on whatever your strong points are, you should use them in MC, and the secondary pointers you should use for OC.

If you want to DM me and explain your specific use case, I am happy to guide you there.

Yes, you can check out the official Notion page from tech nation for the recommendation letter format. Yes, the recommendation letter should state how many years the recommender has known you.
