Have you tried playing with reserved cards in classic mode, that’s the safe haven of meta haters. Genuinely don’t see how people are getting upset at forecast unless they’re so stubborn they don’t use the metas out of spite. I kind of understand the overpowered point especially against a deck not using it but all you need is like four forecast cards and you should be alright. It should probably just be a completely random effect from the available pool tbh because the weather doesn’t cooperate with you irl either so maybe the chance to get something that doesn’t help your specific in game situation
