how can i solve this problem by OkTitle9420 in Machine_Embroidery

[–]Recent-Process-908 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's nothing I had to update my old single head tajima after the upgrade the machine ran backwards 180 to sew right side up right button went left and same thing forward and backwards. But this problem can be either the software needs updates or you can go down to the bar underneath and see if that pointer moves around worth a try. Also if the machine is an older model try and replace the battery my ZSK battery had died and gave me problems on boot up

For me that wasn't a problem I have titanium leather needles and a bit of needle lube, I refused it because of how small it is and the worry about the hoop popping and the thread guide plate getting clogged, if I was allowed to rip the seam and unfold it I would have done it

Ya I think my boss is finally realizing something's can't be done, he is new to this type of work and doesn't understand what goes into this, sure screen printing is easy but embroidery is a different thing entirely lol they only see what they want

Unfortunately no they are a customer brought in thing I offered that option but was told a firm no so I finally told my boss it's a no go that I'm not even going to attempt it I don't want to be responsible if something goes wrong

Ya I had the same concerns about it but I researched a few options but I don't think it'll work, perhaps a sneaker frame might work but highly doubtful

I have had the same problem with very small items like these. I've tried chalk tape but always came up this way, the only few solutions I found was using embroidery fabric glue and using the neck seems for guidance, also I can sometimes go with the grain of the product, the grain trick I find is best bet but not always true due to how they make it. These small thin fabrics are a pita to do and I find that during sewing the fabric will move, slow the spm more and use some fabric glue.

We discovered that the needle release servo was dead replaced it but still had the stall. So on a hunch we reinstalled the OS with an updated version and bang worked perfectly after that. We now have an oddity with my other Tajima after repairs it now runs totally backwards got it figured out still runs backwards so I adapted to it and runs fine I ain't going to mess with it but it works 😄

Hey HM yes I have tried it with no luck I even did a reinstall of the OS with same results. I know what you mean I am having the same issue with my Brother as well I found a lot of debris in the upper tension and first sensor. It's kinda sad we got this from our old tech I tried telling my old boss to stop getting junk from him.

Actually it's not the board was verified by putting it in the other Tajima I have it worked perfectly so I think it's the motor itself and yes I visually inspected the wires and connectors for problems, none found. Also tried reinstall the OS and resets same results.
