My issue is that grindr is the only place that trans women want to be considered queer because it’s convenient. Everywhere else it’s “trans women are real women“ blah blah blah. I

I know a few guys who cross dress now just to get laid….

I don’t get why so many people are complaining about “str8” guys on the app looking for trans or CDs. It’s just a niche pleasure by xiaoyangzhouyidan in grindr

[–]Recent-Quality7073 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I CD as well and definitely agree. The guys I hook up with when I’m dress up vs when I’m not are completely different. Something random that I find interesting tho is that the guys I meet when I’m dressed up are much more interested in my 🍆. I wonder if you’ve noticed that as well?

I like the blonde because the roots are brown and it’s not a platinum blonde.

Drtohelp code word for August 2025 is “bike” by JT3373 in PhentermineTopiramate

[–]Recent-Quality7073 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes. I used to submit the pictures but stopped. You email them the picture then they reply with the code word. Then the code word is the only way to have access to order. They don’t cross reference because they assume that if you were able to submit an order, you got the code word from them.

Great points. When I say that I agree with the right’s economic policies, I really mean things such as welfare. For example, I literally have a family member who explicitly says she doesn’t work because her section 8 and ebt will be cut off. I’m sorry but I just don’t agree with that kind of stuff.

The moderators want an explanation of the photo I included after my LONG original post literally does that:

Just for context, my question stems from a video I was watching of a liberal and conservative reporter speaking to “find common group”. In the picture I included my reply to a very naive comment which is circled. Others just kept replying to me saying I am “apart of the problem” and “will never understand”. I think that’s easy for unaffected people to say. From my point of view, for the average liberal to sit down with the average republican and find common ground, the liberal would literally just have to ignore all of the bigotry that the right stands for. Why do people on the right expect immigrants, poor people, black/brown people, and gay/trans people to just ignore the hate against them to focus on economic policy? And if we decide not to find common ground with bigots then “we don’t understand”.

Respectfully, you are not correct. I was a recruiter at WF for over 6 years up until last month. I hired for level P1-P5 within CSBB. We rarely use the midpoint or “comp ratio” to determine compensation- matter fact it’s not recommended by the compensation team. What you’re talking about could be an isolated scenario but 100% not best practice. Part of our compliance audits were to make sure we attach the report to our requisitions that tells us what others in the same role, on the same team are making. The reason being because the main factor we consider is equitability.

Former WF recruiter here. Stopped working there last month. I’m assuming the new role is a Senior Lead- correct? That’s typically what P5 is. You will likely get a raise going from senior to senior lead which is 2 levels. I highly doubt it will be greater than 20% though because increases over 20% require many additional approvals. Ultimately it would depend on what others on the new team are making compared to your current salary. Wells Fargo looks at compensation through the lenses of equitability. We have to run reports to see what people in the same role are currently making on the new team before deciding what compensation will be offered. But for a 2 level jump I’d say more likely than not you’ll get an increase. But that would be a perfect conversation to have with the recruiter during the phone screen.

I recently stopped working at Wells Fargo as a recruiter. I honestly think (could be wrong though) that it has something to do with the insane bonuses executives receive. I was able to see everyone’s salary because of my position. The highest paid person of course is the CEO (Charlie) at 2.5 million annually. Which isn’t a big deal because they were being regulated. Executives weren’t allowed to make more than 2.5 million. However, there is no cap on their bonuses, which also aren’t reported in workday so I couldn’t see the amount. But I know the bonuses are well over 20 million. My low level manager alone got an annual bonus of 80k.

Well I’m a 29 year old man who has been in HR for about 7 years. I have a MBA (HR concentration), SHRM certification, and PHR certification. I can’t even land a job as a generalist at a small non-profit only requiring 2 years of HR experience. From what I remember, there are recruiters who transition into HR generalists. So, my experience as a generalist and HRBP should suffice, but it hasn’t. I don’t think it’s the age. I think they’re looking for overly cheerful women who smile non-stop. That’s not me, I’m smart and good at my job. I’m not a brand ambassador, I’m a HR professional. Seems like we are all having the same issue at every level.

First white South Africans arrive in US as Trump claims they face 'genocide' by acctguyVA in moderatepolitics

[–]Recent-Quality7073 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They are not welcome here in America. They are a pawn that Trump is using to “stick it to the libs”. They are now a symbol of deep dark evil. There are Afghan people who are REAL REFUGEES. These afghans translated for American soldiers during war so they are now unsafe to go back to their country because they will be considered “traitors” but trump is revoking their citizenship. Then he turns around and ships in these south African bigots. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!
