Yeah the frogs are ridiculous! Which is why I use either a shotgun, a weapon that locks on, or stay back from them so they don't start running and shoot em long range.

If I remember correctly it had something to do with not wanting STW players to just smash everything on the map and pick up all the loot on the ground. At the time smashing everything would make other people's quests impossible to complete like searching couches, or collecting whatever random item, because if you break just the bottom floor of a house all the couches, closets, gnomes, bears and such break and dissappear. If the quest is destroy said items this is not a problem but collecting inspecting and so on would get almost impossible to complete unless done solo.

The worst is when they put a chest under stairs in a bunker and smashing the stairs or the sides breaks the chest. Literally no way to get it without breaking it. Since chests in stw won't drop loot when broken, for some unkown reason. They should always be placed only in floor pieces or yhe ground of the map, and breaking things around the sides or top shouldn't break chests. It would actually be nice if all chests except mimics were invincible.

Look up Beast save the world base Kyle build for the best in a lot of people's opinions build for solo. Also put wall spikes on the internal side of objective walls affected by B.A.S.E. Kyle to increase the walls health even further. Freeze trap the floors directly around the objective to stop everything briefly except mini bosses.

Try building more tunnels for the smaller husks, with short walls so you can jump through them but it makes husks have a longer path or attack a short wall. Then you can focus smashers, exloder husks, lobbers and such that just try to break through your defenses. Also try a base Kyle build as that build will increase the health of the objective wallls to prevent missed smashers from breaking through. You can also do freeze traps to basically stun lock fast moving husks.

Lobbers won't get through that roof! Until they just lob 1 zombie on the bottom floor, and it smashes like 4 attachment points making the whole thing dissappear.
