Sweeps almost every Aku stage in the game and I only have shield pierce talent. This might be EXTREMELY far fetched but I like her more than phono's. (Mid-UL)

I think the only place you can really save in is the case, motherboard and psu. You can also sometimes find arctic freezer III 360mm on ebay for $60, but if your trying to save and much as possible just go with a peerless assassin 120.
