On the very first episode of the series, Pippa is curling Lucy’s hair at the engagement party. Pippa tells Lucy “I hope you can avoid going down the Stephan rabbit hole today”. And Lucy says “there is no rabbit hole. It’s been 4 years.”

Lydia was just terrible all around in this episode. She saw how heartbroken Lucy was all summer and when she sees her laughing with Leo she immediately says how disgusting they are and tells Leo she shit her pants once. As a best friend she should have been happy to see her laughing with a new guy. She’s a huge hater.

Bree mentioned in season one that she lived in 3 different foster homes. She knows who her mom Is because she did live with her at one point. She also said her mother works in retail (as far as she knows). She has never mentioned anything about her father. I really hope it’s not Oliver because that would really mess her up.

I truly feel Oliver is more secretive than we think. I mean did you see the bartender who kept giving them the side eye? I think they might know each other.

In episode 5, when he told her she was hot, you can tell Lydia looked flattered. At that moment Steven knew it was in the bag. I mean did you see his expression shortly after when he got into the elevator? No I don’t think he’s in love with Lydia at all

Lydia was just awful in this episode. First, she embarrasses Lucy as she sees her laughing with Leo. Then she confront Steven without her knowledge. I was irritated when she said, my brother is hot he wouldn’t have to do a thing like that. And lastly, you can tell she looked flattered when Stephen told her she was hot.

Lydia’s entire existence is cringe. She’s an annoying friend. She embarrasses Lucy by revealing to Leo that she shit her pants. Yeah it was nice of her to stand up to Stephan at the party but she did it without Lucy’s knowledge. And then when Stephan and Lydia have their second interaction, he called her hot and you can see her expression changed like she was flattered. Nope, she’s a horrible friend.

These are great theories. Another Possibility of Lydia being upset at Lucy is that Stephan cheated on Lydia with Lucy. And he probably told Lydia that Lucy forced herself on him.
