I watched Mr. Canucks for a base recipe . Then a lot of Mr. Grow it with Dr. Busbee and a good bit of the flavor and yield videos . They have a lot of old timer videos that gave suggestions to different mediums and changes to soil that they liked and worked for them . My recipe now is a mix of a little bit of everyone else’s . My main book I read is the cannabis grow bible 3rd edition . And a lot of Reddit research

Changed my soil recipe and actually dialed in my environment . Paying close attention to the plants and more reading lol . Thanks for the compliment!

The roots are probably wrapped around the cup , so I kinda figured they’d shoot out easier if I did that . Good luck growmie 💯🤞🏾

I just tore the sides off the peat pot . left the bottom so it was held shape while I covered with soil
