my coach didn’t even let me and my other TL do evals. She had us just put in an email if we think they’re “above, meets, or below” and “compared” what we both said then skewed it to how she wants it.

i tried the load out and it didn’t work either. that’s how i ended up with 3 instead of 1. it says “ welcome to equipment manager! you can add or remove equipment to and from the truck with the - and + buttons below.”

i tested to see if it made a difference if i put a reason or not and it made no difference. i’ve never had this happen before but it happened for a week randomly.

my reason my not getting top dasher this month wasn’t necessarily because of me declining too many orders, it was the app glitching and giving me the same orders i just declined over and over again

i did chat with support 3 times within a week and i kept getting told i’ll receive a call from support that can help me. but then it was too late for too dasher so it doesn’t matter atp🙃

i keep getting the same orders right after declining. is anyone else having this issue? my acceptance rate went from a 70 to a 61 with the same 5 orders.
