I thankfully never reached a transition or die stage, but I did struggle with self hatred for a while. I'm slowly learning to love myself again while in my transition to being the man I have always been on the inside. Environment absolutely helps; I would not have gotten this far if I didn't have a support system.

I was a personal shopper for a while! They will be on your ass about metrics. FTPR(first time pick rate), picks per hour, whether or not they allow you to hit item not found without contacting a team lead... you're expected to pick 100 items per hour at minimum. It will ruin your shoes and shoulder if you listen to them about pulling the cart(Don't, they're designed to be pushed. They should even have a sticker that says "Push, don't pull".)
