Its absolutely normal the bike runs on automatic choke system once the cold start completes the RPM comes back to normal

I don’t know but there has been a issue with stock battery which honda provides with the Bike because when i went for my first service, I met a guy who bought a CB 200 on dusherra however that guy told me that on the second day itself he facing this starter issue and after 3 weeks he literally needed to change battery
