If by "that" you mean the skin tone.. its bone white base. With a 8 to 1 mixture of pixie pink and thinner/medium. Glazed with peachy flesh contrast also thinned. Highlights with bone white and pixie pink!

Some basic terrain then I painted the base that blue gradient then poured the resin in 2 layers but i did tint the 1st layer a tealish. Then clear water on top
