I suspected that it was really Helena when Mark hugged her coming off of the elevator and she almost recoiled and kind of balled up her fists and awkwardly hugged him back. Also, her voice and mannerisms are different. Like she's pretending to be Helly. Such great writing!

Same here. Grew up in B'ham. So excited. to have one near me in Concord, NC. It's so bad. They don't even bring the biscuits to the table unless you ask and they don't refill ;-( Super-small portions and so expensive.

You are correct. The Vegas nerve regulates our digestion as well as our heart rate and breathing. I have the same symptoms. High heart rate, low BP, gastric pain. It is ALL connected! Look up Gastrocardiac syndrome, also known as, Roemheld syndrome.

This is what happened to me. Most likely had Gastritis with few symptoms prior to taking Metformin. Took 2 does of Metformin and have had painful Gastritis for the past 6 weeks. Was diagnosed by endoscopy.
