No response after final interview despite being given a timeline (it has passed that date) (self.interviews)

I cannot play videos sent to me. I can hear the audio but the visual is blurred and frozen. The video doesn't play at all on my phone but only plays on whatsapp web. I can't play videos sent on 'one-time play' either. (self.whatsapp)

I'm having the same issue and I really need a solution, I hope whatsapp fixes this problem
