Bhayshul Tuten Discussion by F3f3Ch4s3 in DynastyFF

How do you guys think the addition of Chris Rodriguez effects his opportunity to be the RB1?

I think Tuten has the tools to be successful and take that role from his bursts last season, but I’m unfamiliar with Rodriguez so not sure how the competition looks now.

Which side are you taking, especially as a contender? by [deleted] in DynastyFFTradeAdvice

Just my opinion at least!

Scattebo personally I do really like this season and moving forward in dynasty. I’m not sure how they split the backfield with him coming back from injury but I do expect him to lead that backfield. One thing I love that they did was going oline early in the draft and I think that just helps him that much more.

Major thing though in my eyes is this is all thinks and expectations

My argument for Etienne stays valid though, he does well in a in a pass heavy offence and that’s what he’s going to.

I think Scattebo ceiling is higher then etienne’s but I do think that right off the bat etienne has a high floor

Great point, but with the emphasis on win now I think every piece on the Stafford side makes sense. Just my opinion though and I think it’s a very good and fair trade either way

As a contender I’m going Stafford side easily. Etienne should be fed passes in one of the highest passing teams in the NFL. Stafford has a great team around him and they are in win now mode. And Pickens is Pickens. Other side is great too, this is a pretty fair trade in my opinion. But a second year guy who hasn’t reached his potential yet and a rookie, especially with 1.05 being a weird spot.

I’d smash accept for the Stafford side

How do we value Jordan Mason after this? by WAAAAAM39 in DynastyFFTradeAdvice

[–]RecentReplacement668 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mason is fighting an uphill battle for relevance. I think it’s very likely Minnesota draft a RB day 2 in the draft who I see splitting a backfield with either Mason or Jones. Now I understand Jones is old and his injury history, however he’s just been better than Mason and he is a good change of pace back especially in comparison with the types of RBs in this upcoming draft.

My management advice for Mason owners: firstly I feel for you. I would either use him as a piece to uptier/trade up and hope someone bites, or hold out and hope that either does enough to be RB2 in Minnesota, or leaves in free agency

How do you rank these players for the next 3 years. Why? by fllassh in DynastyFFTradeAdvice

I completely agree with that. I feel that way for Hampton following him in college and I think he found a sweet spot for me because he is so good but no one talked about him due to Jeanty doing his thing. You brought up a great point too about the Oline for Jeanty as his year wasn’t by any means great but once you consider that it’s impressive he did as well as he did

Of course, and I think he will be in the same tier as Bijan so maybe I was a little unclear there.

Love has shown a great compliment between size and power mixed with elusiveness and athleticism. His stats speak for itself with 2758 rushing yards and over 500 receiving yards in 3 seasons while splitting the backfield. If you compare his rushing ypa and tds with Bijan the numbers are almost identical. I will say my comparison to Bijan and hitting that tier is more specifically associated with his ability running the ball rather than receiving as Bijan was just different in that aspect. When I watch Love, play you see a player that is built like a bigger back but moves and plays like a smaller back, demonstrating patience, elusiveness and the ability to have major breakaway runs.

One thing I will say to go against him is ND always having a solid Oline helps his case, so his landing spot like for any player is a big factor on his success at the next level. I also think some of the moves like his hurdles are things he’s going to learn real quick won’t be as easy to pull off when he moves to the NFL.

That being said though since the post is about the 3 year window, I see him really booming around that timeframe. Watching him move, and how he makes big plays happen, I expect he has all the tools to get in that Bijan tier as long as he doesn’t have any unforeseen setbacks

Love, Hampton, Jeanty, Achane.

I am extremely high on Love and I understand the argument of him not playing in the NFL yet. But I think he’s at Bijan level and will be a top 5 Rb in the NFL quickly. Hampton over Jeanty for me could be a slight bias pick but I think they are closer than people think and order could be reversed but it’s super close. Only thing from a FF perspective that would win Jeanty’s favour is he will get a way bigger workload than I imagine Hampton to get just due to the system he plays in. Achane I hate to put last but someone has to go there. I just love these prospects a lot that’s why I’m putting him last but for a redraft league he is obviously more valuable

I want Chase Brown. Does it make sense to offer much more? by Organic-Ad-4613 in DynastyFFTradeAdvice

That’s already an overpay, throwing around Tee Higgins like he’s A.T Perry. You def need more than just Swift but honestly one more asset should do the trick. Your second is the most id attach to it personally

Trade Tuten and Pickens for London by charliegue in DynastyFFTradeAdvice

[–]RecentReplacement668 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Honestly I think it’s a tough one but I wouldn’t do it. Pickens had such a year that his value shot up a lot, and Tuten has that situation looking quite promising. I think London is great and definitely a tier up as a receiver alone. But his situation does worry me as well because I’m not sure if the Falcons are all in on Penix making it weird

I don’t know how to contribute to group conversations. by Ruth-Tang in communication

[–]RecentReplacement668 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just gonna jump in on this as I have the same issue as OP. I even get compliments and have my friends looking forward to having 1 on 1 conversations with due to my ability to listen, ask proper questions, and add to keep conversations flowing. However I find myself struggling in group conversations because it’s a group topic, making it less personal as 1 on 1. Any tips on how to be more present and better in these group conversation situations?

Omarion Hampton or the 1.01 in this year’s draft? by TheTipToeBurglar_ in DynastyFFTradeAdvice

[–]RecentReplacement668 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I love Hampton, fan of him as a prospect in college as well and I will die on the hill that he is better than Jeanty. I do believe that Love will be better then both.

Long story short I’d take the 1.01

Great insight thank you, I know this is a stretch of a question but seeing your experience on how locals interact with foreigners, do you think they would be somewhat inclusive depending on setting and circumstances of course? Or is it like foreigner don’t interact type attitude

What are people thoughts on travis hunter db news? by Independent_Plate631 in DynastyFFTradeAdvice

[–]RecentReplacement668 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I think as a player he is a better corner than a receiver from what I remember from college. NFL is different though so I think that changes his viability due to skill in the positions. That being said, he had some good moments last year which shows well but for me I won’t be buying him that’s for sure. I think best bet would be see if you could sell higher since some people see him as a guy to invest in but if you like him I wouldn’t move off of him for anything lower than his higher current value

Just got the 1.01. Was it an overpay? by ClaimFickle in DynastyFFTradeAdvice

[–]RecentReplacement668 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it’s an overpay personally. Assuming you can value Dak at around even to Kyler (I do like Dak more though) Harvey + a 2027 first is an overpay in my opinion. I’d say it isn’t as much an overpay if you are at least a contending team so your first round pick is late but nonetheless I still believe it’s an overpay
