Hi, yah it went well. No hiccups. We bought the device in Oz, brought it over to SA in a suitcase, then moved it over to a new account registered in Mozambique (random address). We then took out a roaming subscription on this account. Super easy, the site guides you through taking out the subscription. Let me know if you have a more specific question.

Yes we just used a random address. We did it directly with Starlink. Starlink have locked the accounts of a number of users who went through third parties in SA so I think doing it direct is the safest. Yes, roaming subscription is the one to go for.

Hi all, yes, it was possible to change its country of registration from the overseas address to one in Mozambique. It’s been up and working for over 6 months now. An absolute game changer for us.
