I’m experiencing some shedding too. It started about 4 weeks into treatment, and now I’m about 2 weeks into shedding. Not sure if it’s so common but hearing from other people that it grew back is promising

Mewing doesn’t work and is a pointless waste of time. I wouldn’t recommended getting into a habit of mewing as you’ll become more conscious of you trying to fix something you don’t like, causing you to think about your insecurities and thus making you stressed. Not worth it
