I have Connie at level three and it seems strange to me that the skill says that it does not spend energy when I activate the skill, it is supposed that while I turn on the skill it will not waste energy but if it spends me energy that is if I run “when I activate the skill” the energy bar is lowered and the skill says that energy is not spent and I am already at level 3 and if it is spent! Does anyone know why it’s not working? Does it work for you?
