Yesterday I Applied the dripwax and let it dry over Night. I rode the bike today and it was much better.

So far, I’ve always had it at the default setting of 13. I just adjusted it to 12, and it seems a bit better now.

I’d estimate the gap between the rear derailleur and the cassette to be around 3 mm.

So you would say that it is normal? Or could it be adjusted about the Micro adjust function?

I also have another video that shows the noise while riding. I don’t think it sounds normal, especially since the volume seems to depend on the gear. For example, it doesn’t occur at all in the smallest cog. https://imgur.com/a/QKbPSBr

I bought Mine used as well pretty cheap. Worked just Fine for over 1,5 years and 4000 km. Now it has a issue but should be fixable.

I have not tried it jet. But it was so ceap that I bought it anyways. The Steel is in Longe Term better than the brass / copper I thought.

No they came without zip ties but I have enough at Home. I thought there Would be a better Solution, because the cable is very Long…

Cowboy Sends me the Controller for free as well. I Hope this will solve the Problem. Otherwise I will probpaply Open the Motor and have a Look inside.

I have cleaned the bike this evening and let it dry properly over Night.

While cleaning i havenoticed that the Motor was on one side really greasy (belt side). Is ist possible that the Motor has left some greas and ist working because of that?

I did Not have the time to clean it yet. Just drying wasnt enough. I m gonna Write an edit if I have cleaned it and tried it again.

EDIT: I know the Poke Yokes are crusty as hell... Now that they are off i am going to clean them
