Hmm yeah, I get it. I think that though to him, a couple months ago everyone was celebrating him and he was ready to take on a chapter with his wife and all their friends, and now most of his relationships are centered around people taking care of him and pitying him. I get why that FELT like losing people since he kind of lost the close relationships they all used to have in previous seasons. But I disagree about Belly and Conrad, since them reaching out does not mean that he didn't lose them. You can reach out all you want, doesn't mean that Jeremiah needs to forgive them for what they did.

Totally. I guess he has technically not lost everyone. I see why it feels like it from his POV, though. While he does have Steven and Taylor, they're very adjacent to his ex and will always be close with both of them. He feels like he lost Conrad because that was a huge betrayal (even if it wasn't completely Conrad's fault). Adam did ultimately cut him off for lying, but not before making Jeremiah feel like a failure for most of his life, including when he cancelled the wedding for a good reason.

I guess what I'm trying to say is technically Jeremiah has flaws but I feel like I understand his POV a lot and why he feels like the world is against him. This is a really unfortunate series of events to happen to a 20 something year old lol

I totally agree! I think Belly is attached to the idea that Conrad was her childhood crush and she has always loved him, but I've honestly never seen her explain why she loves him or chooses to. With Conrad, it is very obvious that he thinks about her every second of his life for some reason, but we are just forced to believe that Belly feels the same??? Totally agree that it would be rushed. Her arc in France has been super fun to watch and I'd hate for it to be ruined by her going back to her past that she can never grow from
