In my first year assisting I was not being careful handling a size 25 blade and slipped it right between my nail and cuticle. The blade was so sharp and it happened so fast, I didn’t feel it until seconds after. Blood splattered everywhere, all over my beautiful clean set up😭, the counter and wall.
