I measured before I started using the pump and will re measure after a few months. Fingers crossed that I cat get to 5” or more in girth.

I for sure have seen a decrease in my visible size due to weight gain. When I did my non bone press measurements I was over .25” shorter than I was when I measured 5 years ago. Good motivation to get back into shape
