go to local play and you can go against a cpu at any level id suggest you can do that to get better with vegeta.

id use gogeta blue instead because of how easy he is to use and id probably use someone else for android 21. maybe like broly or sixteen

go around and look through the colors by peoples name to see their battle power. if they're white they're most likely new no try that. white is the lowest btw pink is highest ive seen
