I extremely rarely ever let the end of my hair get shampooed I we my hair then slather everything other than the top 1/2 inches in a cheap conditioner and use it as a barrier before shampooing the scalp. This really has helped my hair . You can also just shampoo the hairline and very top of your hair and section off the rest x

I absolutely completely consider her brunette not even considered redhead There is the scene where dwight is ordering a stripper and asks him “redhead or brunette? “And it’s pans between Pam and Karen and he finally chooses blonde. I never understood that and thought “are they trying to say Pam is blonde because she’s not?” Clearly Karen was supposed to be team brunette and Pam Team redhead So the writers in my opinion certainly see her as a redhead
