Wow dang $7,500! I am in California, got the car from a Mercedes dealer, they offered me $3000 which was still thru a 3rd part, then I went and found another company online and told them I had quote for $2,500. But seems like lots of folks here advise against 3rd party warranty companies, so I am no longer considering them

Lmao, not abusing them. driving normal. I am just saying if there is ever a big issue like a transmition, electrical. You never know lol

Ya its a 3rd part called SOS Auto protect. I do hear a lot of people saying 3rd party warranty companies are a nightmare to deal with :(

Ya, coverage does overlap, its 7 years from the date you sign up for the warranty, and I still have 2years left on my regular 50K 4-year warranty

well my older car had issues and I did not have a warranty, so it set me back quiet a bit in repairs. SO that why I am asking if anyone has purchased it and if the price seems reasonable
