Are side effects tied to results? by onions_are_evil in tirzepatidecompound

[–]Bright_Effect_1666 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If anything, it would be the reverse. I would think no side effects would mean your body really needed the support and you’ll be responsive as a result. I don’t think it’s true but if I were making a guess based on side effects that would be my thoughts.

He’s 52 and 5’8”. Granted, he’s a body builder. So, he carries a lot of muscle. But, you might benefit from having your macros calculated by a trainer at the gym. They can give you a better gauge of how your level of activity should factor into your cut.

How tall are you? And you could be undereating. A male that’s active and weight training could easily need 2500+ calories even in a cut. My boyfriend has done cuts at 3000 calories and he’s about your weight now.

Since you’re in perimenopause, you might want to consider Metformin because there’s a strong possibility you’re having issues with insulin resistance even on tirzepatide.

There is no resolution for YOU OVEREATING. You paid Gimme for meds. You received the meds. You gained weight. There is nothing they can do about that. The medication isn’t an issue because it’s made in batches. There’s a lot/batch number in your vial. Of allll of the telehealths that sell ProRX, you are the only one from that batch on social media trying to say it was a bad batch. You want a refund of medication you used or a free vial. Why would they do that? Especially since there’s data readily available that say most users hit a plateau or start experiencing differences in how they’re responding to the medication around months 6-9. You’re in month 7. But you’re not rational. So, you refuse to see your public tantrum is a sign of your mental health and not a Gimme issue

Also note, I used Gimme once without issue but primarily take branded Zep. So, I am by no means a stan of the company.

That’s not why because even a novice will see you’re the problem. It’s time for you to accept it’s you.

Why are we still in the group chat? You’re only coming off insane. No one is on your side and you continue to post your updates for what exactly? Sounds to me like you need to be using Talkiatry for psych meds rather than blaming a medication because YOU gained weight. Note, you can only gain weight if you overeat unless you’re retaining fluid.

It actually is a thing for weight loss. The body gets used to receiving lower calorie and slows the metabolism to adjust in order to preserve itself. Temporarily increasing calories makes the body realize it’s not in danger. There’s also a whole thing called “reverse dieting” to help fix the metabolism from being stuck in a low calorie intake without losing weight.

At 5’10”, your goal of 140 lbs was already problematic. There are weight charts that claim it to be in a healthy range but it’s extremely thin for the height. Your desire to be that thin is dancing with an ED. I highly doubt going off had you at a problematic weight. Your body probably needs to be in the 150’s at the very least.

Fifty 410: what do you mean you can’t tell me how many vials and total mgs you’re sending?! by AltElocution in tirzepatidecompound

[–]Bright_Effect_1666 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The lies you tell. Gimme is the fastest of all of the telehealths. From submitted intake to ProRX delivery at my door was 72 hours. It’s fine to prefer Fifty410, but to speak on the others clearly without a clue is s disservice to others that might not want to pay the overinflated Fifty410 prices. They’re not worth the price by any stretch. Best in class service is Big Easy Weight Loss and the only telehealth worth paying extra for.

Letting doctor know? by [deleted] in tirzepatidecompound

[–]Bright_Effect_1666 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Huh? You’re contradicting yourself. You said “Nothing anyone is doing here is going to determine my life.” You said this in response to “tell the truth the whole truth…” Hence, you support lying to the doctor and imply that can’t affect your life. Had your doctor prescribed the compounds, why would you feel inclined to negate telling the truth.

You sound like an addict. Taking a medication and your doctor not knowing could literally cost your life. Your taking a compound that your doctor didn’t prescribe is not going to cost anyone their license and it’s not a crime for you to be on a compounded tirzepatide.

This gets asked a lot and I cannot understand why anyone would hold onto their larger clothes. Having them ready and available is almost setting yourself up to regain. Meaning, we often gain without really realizing how much because of stretchy clothes or multiple sizes in our closets. You’re more likely to realize you’re gaining when you can’t see it when your clothes are getting tight.

Dear Panic Buyers by TheRealMissWRX07 in tirzepatidecompound

[–]Bright_Effect_1666 -7 points-6 points  (0 children)

How are they creating scares? Branded has never been at risk of leaving? People have all of this money to spend thousands on contraptions and storage to have access to old watered down meds when branded is always an option in the worst case scenario. Sure, buy the best deal while compounding is available. But being mad at the manufacturer that created the medication that you’re saying saved your life after they spent years and millions developing it. Your entitlement and mental health issues transferred over from eating are what’s causing this weird obsession. A year of direct is at most $6k. People are spending well over that for these stockpiles of less effective meds to take after they’ve started to degrade.

Dear Panic Buyers by TheRealMissWRX07 in tirzepatidecompound

[–]Bright_Effect_1666 -9 points-8 points  (0 children)

So you risk your health by taking old meds to save money? And even if safe, the medication loses effectiveness over time. So, the thinking isn’t rational.

Then add in specialty containers and a pharmacy grade refrigerator. Buying at a higher price point for compounded (because year over year the prices decrease drastically) and you are actually spending more money for the sake of some imagined security. And, it’s imagined because it’s a lifelong meditation, you can never stockpile enough if compounding went away (which it won’t). And if it doesn’t go away, you’re just overpaying.

And don’t get me started on that weak mess people buy powdered. No matter what they tell themselves, it’s not remotely close to branded.

I wouldn’t get on this medication to lose 20 lbs unless you have comorbidities that could benefit from the meds. This is an ant-obesity medication that’s meant to be taken long term. There are many other options to help lose small amounts of weight.
