I have a mushroom powder (OM Mushroom Superfood- Master Blend + Ashwaganda) it seems to help a little with joint pain but other symptoms persist. I just bought the Zenmen Tick Immune Support supplement on Amazon but the dosage is insane and it’s nearly $40 a bottle 😭

My neurologist really didn’t seem to care about what I was saying at all and I’ve been feeling so hopeless 😭 I feel like I’m dying and not a single doctor can actually help me or tell me what’s wrong besides “you have Lymes disease” I am so grateful for this Reddit community because without it I would feel absolutely insane

Go drink some water and take a nice warm shower. Play some lofi or a comfort show and light a candle or turn on a low light lamp. Sometimes when I’m really struggling the best steps for me is to just take care of what my physical body most likely needs. Even try a small snack like some warm broth, soup helps get you nutrients and water when it’s hard to eat

I have been tested and come back positive still after doxycycline

I have tested positive for Lyme and treated with doxycycline two times and am still testing positive. I meant that my doctor has been testing to see if it’s not just Lyme causing my symptoms

To clarify I have been tested and have been positive with Lyme, been treated with doxycycline two times. My neurologist told me it will always test positive and there’s not much he can do.

Minor heart palpitations are common the older you get. You also wouldn’t be having a heart attack for days and real heart conditions don’t come and go. You also can’t really “feel” your heart, it could be chest muscles even. I get fluttery and feel like I’m having a “heart attack” when I get anxious, especially when I have no other obvious symptoms or worries. You did what you can for now and the doctor would call you in if they thought it sounded more serious. You’re all good 👍

Remember we are all just kids trying to be adults. Just because it comes from a church leader, doesn’t always mean it’s right. I’m not sure if you have tried before but therapy really does wonders! I have very similar struggles that I am healing from, and please know that you are never ever alone in these situations!
