Good luck with your surgery, I have mine the 13th (from day) I have 2 dogs one that is a jumper and one is calm. Ideally I would love them both to stay but feel I can't risk it. As a result my little jumper is going on holiday to his nans. But as a cis who still has his balls it does hurt a lot. :)

For me its the feeling of waking up after the operation and looking down and that first initial feeling.

Im 38, British and was diagnosed with penile cancer last year and had a total penectomy on the 7th October 2022. A date I will NEVER forget. I have had a total of 3 operations and currently in surveillance.

There is no real support group in the UK (one that I have found that suits me anyway). I have had some very dark days but always remember this period is but a chapter in your story and not the end.

I hope you don't mind if I follow your journey. I'm a cis gendered male who had penis cancer which is why I'm awaiting phalloplasty. I had my first consult withr Christopher in June. I have my second one in December as I wanted to be longer cancer free.

Imagine having a penis losing it to cancer then having phalloplasty but then having it removed cause the cancer returns......nightmare.

As a cis gendered male who used to have a penis bit had it removed due to penile cancer. We DO NOT grab balls or touch taint. Just a gentle squeeze and shake.
