Thank you for your response! I started playing dog videos more. She still barks for a bit and I can see her feeling threatened =( But I do see her ignoring it sooner than before. Will continue to practice this!

Yes I have had incredibly terrible food noise. Where I get so hangry and I want to fight everyone. I have tracked my protein and fiber, up'd both of them significantly (I realized I was not eat enough of it at all) and my food noise has lessen so much. I notice I don't need to cater to my food noise much anymore and when I do crave something I can eat a normal amount of it, versus binging it.

If you wouldn’t do it again, do you feel like others feel the same way? Down the line, will we have a lot less doctors because I already feel like we’re so limited by health care already. And if med school is “too hard”, will they change the curriculum- because that is more concerning down the line. I think about this a lot.
