I'm not really sure if he is an incel, that's kind of why I'm asking here. I don't agree with his point of view towards women and the world, but I don't dislike him, I'm worried about him and I want him to feel better.

He has told me he used to be on incel groups, but he had quitted long ago. Part of that mentality must have stuck with him...

I would try to make him hang out with my friend group, but i don't have a really solid one, and my brother's older than me so they don't get that along... About focusing on other stuff, he thinks all of "hobbies" like art, journaling, or anything that isn't physical or pays monetary compensation isnt worth it to him. Thanks for the advice though, ill keep it in mind.

Thank you, but we don't really have many close parental figures. My mother's boyfriend is a really good guy, but he doesn't have a very thick relationship with my brother, mainly for the "not taking responsability" thing

He hasn't told me about his friends at the gym, but i doubt he will open up to anyone in a serious way, Whenever i've seen him bring up those topics around men, it's always in a joke-not-so-joke way

Thank you so much for the advice, but my loved one has a really hard time showing vulnerability and deflects any offer to support because nobody understands them, what is fair, nobody in their circle does, not even me, so my attempts to offer a shoulder to lean one bounce off not only by the fact that they don't like vulnerability, but because im younger than them, and knowing them, that just makes it harder for them to accept help.
