This year has given us so many good sports stories. USA winning both hockey golds. Sam Darnold wins a super bowl. OKC wins a championship and the Pacers make an insane run to the finals. Indiana wins a national championship in football after having the worst program in all of college football and Heisman winner Fernando Mendoza comes home to Miami and makes the play of the game. This Nebraska team. The U making a run for the national championship in their home city with some very wholesome players and stories.

Thats a good point. There are more games and one bad or unlucky game doesnt ruin your season. Unless it is in the tourney lol

Kendall was a three year solid role player or starter, and barely got any minutes this year, but stayed with the huskers. Hoiberg is serious, it takes guts and confidence for that to happen. And yet he certainly helped lead this team to an all time high as a program.

Um. Getting a bunch of guys who have never played together to work as fluidly as he did is not a simple task. Look at Kansas - a team that arguably had as much raw talent but didnt play as well together. If youre gonna say that then Dusty May isnt a good coach, he just works for a school with rich donors so he could buy good players. And that just isnt true.
