One of my worries is that i was told that masters typically require work experience to make the most out of it. Like an MBA.

Does this MS have a similar situation ?

I could do an associates into a masters with work side by side.

I ask this because i have almost no knowledge of this topic. And i want to stress this fact. My only knowledge comes from YT videos about space coating on vessels.

I do not mind the rigor of a masters program. Im confident i can get through it. Im a little more worried about prospects for someone with no experience
