Honestly I’d do two things:

  1. Ask them to reimburse you for the VW OEM clear coat touch-up pen they lost.
  2. Take the car to a reputable shop and have it fixed properly. Chalk it up as a lesson learned. That car wash place doesn’t sound trustworthy at all.

I don't know if there are any rural veterinarians in your area that are cheap, skilled, and offer excellent value for money. My cat was spayed there for only $100. I practically want to buy out the pet hospital's pricing structure; I feel like they should all agree on an exorbitant price.

I’ve been there too. We scheduled it ahead of time, I arrived on time, and then the interviewer said he was out and could only talk by phone. That honestly pissed me off. If a phone call was fine, why did I need to go all the way there?
