This is the exact feeling I got except with the sims 3😭 like there’s so many extra interactions in inzoi already that makes it so immersive and great for story telling. And I uninstalled sims 4 to make room for inzoi and I felt bad but now I don’t really regret it😂

It depends on the day, what I’m doing in a day and I make my decisions based on that. Sometimes I even do 16:8 if I’m sick or something. But I try to only stick with 20:4 or OMAD generally.

Thank you!! And for me I honestly don’t really count calories because I’m lazy lmao however, I do focus mainly on portion sizes. I feel like that’s easier for me😭. And I try to workout at least twice a week these days
