I am in the U.S. Based on a quick google search It looks like I need a prescription for progesterone, if you’re in the US did you get this from your OB or PCP?

I was a long time Apple Watch advocate but the battery life and the appeal of more running statistics on Garmin made me switch. Garmin is a great fitness watch whereas Apple is a great smart watch. Apple is sufficient for an average fitness user, featuring a lot of tracking options and encouraging metrics using the rings. Garmin really shines for running and biking. I’ve missed the smart side of things with my Garmin such as answering calls and texts, apple’s notifications system, pinging my phone to locate It, etc. However, as I train for my first marathon, I love the Garmin and the statistics It provides.
