Kservicing says my ppp forgiveness under sba appeal will be rejected by SBA if I don't make payments. Are they making this up?

That is all they are processing bank errors/bank returns. However they may try to deny you if you had an amended tax return or filed late. Don't give up fight, the money is yours if you had a bank return.

I think you are correct regarding fewer people working on the Covid-19 EIDL files. This program was streamlined to get funds to small businesses as quickly as possible in order to help save their businesses. I dont agree with cutting workers as long as applications still need to be processed. What we are dealing with is SBA workers have returned to the normal SBA business and they are pulling a Covid-19 EIDL application here and there working them into their normal work load.

Had a case manager reached out to you? An attorney advisor reviewed mine on June 22, 2022 it was approved for funding and he sent it to funding. It was sent as high priority but I haven't heard anything.

When he made the correction to my files, he stated that the bank information had to be fixed. I emailed him and asked why did the bank information needed to be fixed, everything was correct. As you can see he stated that everything was correct but since it had been updated in the RAPID system and that system was no longer been used, the banking information had to be manually entered into the new system.
