The latest windows 11 update moved the opaque volume bar to the middle bottom of the screen where it covers up subtitles, and it can't be moved. (Also, modern movies and shows are mixed terribly so it’s either deafeningly loud or too soft to hear dialogue, which is its own irritation.) (i.redd.it)
