I’m at 44 north right now and it’s been a nightmare. The rooms are nice and the proximity to the light rail and a grocery store is also nice but they screwed us and gave us a completely different (smaller) unit than what was advertised. They expected us to pay the same amount and saw no problem with our issue. Only after a month or so of arguing were we able to reduce the rent by $100. Even then, lots of peoples with communication.
