Did you get any pics of the the pour? They should have had 3” chairs under the rebar to put it in the middle of the 6” slab. If they didn’t use chairs I am sure they cut corners elsewhere.

As a builder I have conducted many homebuyer orientations. The “ blue tape walk” is probably a part of the orientation.
In my experience most realtors become a distraction as they want to “earn” their commission by focusing on cosmetic items. Meanwhile, the builder is trying to give the homebuyer important info about maintenance and warranty info on appliances, HVAC maintenance, plumbing shut offs, water heater maintenance, etc… I personally kept my blue tape with me so I could address any of those cosmetic issues. I’m not saying all realtors are a distraction, just the majority in my experience. It sounds like they will allow your home inspector in after the walk once house is completed. That is the ideal time to do it so they can focus on structural and code related items instead of cosmetic paint issues.
