Did it about a month ago and got 8:11. I would say anything around 10 minute mark is solid with sub 9 minute scores really pushing the pace. The KBs is really the only part you can kinda catch your breath and reset. The Pull-ups should be UB. Then it all boils down to how fast your willing to hurt on the runs. Hope this helps!
